April is testing month for us. Students in grades 3-5 will take the MCA tests in reading and math. The 5th graders have an additional test in science. The tests are untimed and are spread out so students will not test for more than one hour each day.
We kicked-off the Cardinal Dash fundraiser before Easter Break. Each student has a fundraiser envelope. Pledges should be returned each Tuesday in April with the last turn-in day of Friday, April 26th. The Cardinal Dash is scheduled for Wednesday, May 1st.
Our school will participate in the statewide tornado drill on Thursday, April 11th. Students will practice what to do in case we have severe weather.
We hope to see all children in school every day. However, if your child is unable to attend, please contact our school office. The elementary attendance line is option 1.
