We are almost done with our MCA tests. Everyone has finished the math and reading tests. The only one left is the science test for 5th grade. They will finish that this next week.
Dash Day is here! We will host our Cardinal Dash on Wednesday, May 1st. This is a fundraiser for PPIE. All students will participate in the fun run/walk. We will end the afternoon with a tug-a-war contest between the classes.
We have three music programs yet this year. Our kindergarten program is on Friday, April 26th in the PAC at 2:30. On May 10th, our 5th grade band will perform at 2:00 in the PAC, while our Jr. Kindergarten program will be in the elementary gym at 2:30.
As we head into May, there are several trips and activities planned. Each grade is doing something a little different. We will have everything outlined on the May Events calendar. Parents should look out for messages from their child's teacher regarding specifics for these activities.
Our last day of school will be Thursday, May 23rd. We will dismiss students at 11:30 that day.
