October will be a busy month!
We will have a Red & White Day on Friday, October 3rd. Students are encouraged to wear their favorite red and white gear. Please no hats or face paint.
During the week of October 6-10 we will talking about Fire Safety. Please be aware that area fire department vehicles and personnel may be here to teach about fire safety.
We will have an early out on October 14th. Luverne is hosting the Cross Country's Big Sioux Championship. Students will be dismissed at 1:30pm that day. Please prepare for this early out and share those plans with your child and their teacher if it is different than the normal end of the day routine.
MEA Break is October 16th & 17th. We will not have school on those days.
We will hold our annual Flu Shot Clinic on Friday, October 24th. Watch for consent forms in your child's Friday Folder.
Picture Re-take day is scheduled for Tuesday, October 28th. Retakes will be taken for those that would like new pictures taken. We will also take pictures of any student not in attendance on September 23rd and any student new to the district since that day. Contact the office is you need an order form.
